Annotation: The aim of the project is that, thanks to the appropriate educational system and support network, it helps to accept food intolerances and emphasizes the importance of treatment methods. It is essential to involve affected students and other consumers, as many underestimate the importance of this disease, or cannot accept the importance of treatment methods (eg total avoidance of allergens). Therefore, it is necessary to develop a solution that shapes attitudes with the active participation of civil organizations.

Annotation: The aim of the project is to build an up-to-date knowledge base for students by using practical experience from the SME sector through educational innovation and thus encourage them to start a business in the future. Each of the cooperating institutions, after analyzing the relevant legal, but especially the business environment of their own country, participated in the creation of educational materials, which can later be actively included in the curriculum.
